Single Origin - PNG Premium Mt Hagen

Papua new guinea beans are the first beans that Rob the roaster really liked the most when he first started hobby roasting in the mid 2000's. Fast forward to today and PNG beans still make the basis of our Moonshine blend. Rob has personally met the farmer of this bean and given him his word that elemental coffee would look after this coffee and roast it carefully to bring out the best result he can for the coffee consumer. We will always share a long standing connection with this coffee and we think you will enjoy it as a specialty single origin offering.

Cupping Notes: FA Choc, biscuity, some savory notes. Flavour of choc, nectarine, and pear skin on cooling. Syrupy acidity, smooth body. Well balanced. Clean, lingering aftertaste.
