Organic - PNG - Iwaki

Sourced from one of Papua New Guinea's most isolated organic coffee-growing communities, Iwaki Organic comes from 1 of 47 smallholder family groups in the Eastern Highlands' Okapa district. The coffee traces its roots to seedlings from the Purosa Plantation established in 1984, and has thrived in this rugged, river-fed landscape through the care and expertise of local farmers. Certified organic, Iwaki growers benefit from ongoing support from NGHCE, including training in plant care, post-harvest processes, financial planning, and gender awareness. This combination of traditional practices and structured support ensures consistent, high- quality production while sustaining the community and en vironment.
